Most IT courses leave you with theory and no job. Our students land roles at tech companies within 90 days of completing their program.
Claim Your SpotThree years ago, Marcus was stuck in a dead-end admin job, earning barely enough to cover rent in Singapore. He had tried learning to code on his own—YouTube videos, free tutorials, even a few online courses that promised to make him "job-ready" in weeks.
None of it worked. Every interview ended the same way: "We're looking for someone with more practical experience."
Then he found something different. Not another course full of outdated exercises. Not another instructor reading slides. An actual training program designed by hiring managers who knew exactly what employers were scanning for.
Marcus's story isn't unique. It's repeated every month by people who were stuck just like him—until they discovered what actually moves the needle in tech hiring.
Typical courses teach you syntax. They walk you through exercises someone else designed. You finish feeling accomplished—then freeze when asked to build something from scratch.
Employers see right through this. They don't need people who can follow instructions. They need problem solvers who can ship working code under real constraints.
That gap between "completed a course" and "ready to contribute" is exactly what we focus on closing.
Consider how most people approach learning to code. They watch someone solve a problem, then try to replicate it. The issue? Real work never comes with a tutorial attached.
When you're building production software, requirements change mid-sprint. Bugs appear in places you never expected. Stakeholders ask for features that weren't in the original plan.
You need more than technical knowledge. You need the ability to think through ambiguity, communicate clearly, and deliver despite imperfect information.

See Available CoursesOur curriculum was built backward. We started by asking hiring managers at companies like Grab, Shopee, and local startups: "What separates the candidates you hire from those you reject?"
Their answers shaped everything—from which technologies we teach to how we structure projects. Every exercise mirrors real job tasks. Every project goes in your portfolio. Every review comes from someone who's actually done the work professionally.
From day one, you're writing code that matters. Not toy examples—actual projects that solve real problems.
Build an inventory system for a retail client. Create a data pipeline that processes thousands of records. Deploy an application that handles real user traffic.
When you interview, you won't be scrambling to remember theory. You'll be showing work you've already shipped.

"I had applied to 47 tech jobs with zero callbacks before joining Walko Danl. After completing the Full-Stack program, I received three offers in my first month of searching. The portfolio projects made all the difference."
"Coming from a finance background, I thought I'd need years to transition into data science. The instructors here understood what mattered and what was just academic fluff. I was working as a data analyst within four months."
"The cloud computing track gave me skills I use every single day. Not just AWS certifications—actual deployment experience. My manager said my onboarding was the fastest he'd ever seen for a junior hire."

Coding ability gets your foot in the door. But what keeps you employed—what gets you promoted—is everything else.
Every program includes modules on technical communication, agile workflows, code review practices, and stakeholder management. These aren't afterthoughts. They're woven into every project you complete.
When you present your capstone to a panel that includes actual hiring managers, you're not just showing code. You're demonstrating that you can explain technical decisions to non-technical audiences, defend your choices under pressure, and collaborate effectively with a team.
Learning intensive skills while managing life isn't easy. That's why every student gets a dedicated success coordinator who checks in weekly, helps troubleshoot blockers, and keeps you accountable when motivation dips.

Not for our foundational tracks. Full-Stack Development and Data Science programs start from fundamentals. However, you should be comfortable with basic computer usage and ready to commit 20-25 hours weekly.
Many of our students maintain full-time jobs during the program. Evening and weekend sessions are available, and all materials are accessible on-demand. That said, the programs are intensive—you'll need to carve out dedicated study time.
Life happens. Your success coordinator will work with you to create a catch-up plan. In extreme circumstances, you can defer to a later cohort at no additional cost.
Starting halfway through your program, you'll work with our career services team on resume optimization, interview preparation, and introductions to our partner companies. We don't just wish you luck—we actively facilitate connections.
